VolleyWrite e-mails using Gmail accounts
Google changed its Gmail handling in 2015, and if you are using Gmail for your e-mail, you are probably experiencing a problem.
To remedy this, do the following:
1. Sign in to your gmail account.
2. Use the “gear” button in the top right corner and click on Settings in the drop-down list.
3. Under the tab, “Accounts and Import”, the first section is “Change Account Settings”, and to its right, there are 3 options. Choose the third one, which is “Other Google Account Settings.”
4. Under “Sign-in and Security” on the left, click on “Connected apps and sites”.
5. Scroll down to the last section called “Allow Less Secure Apps” and turn that ON.
Now try the e-mail test on the E-mail Setup page of the Rules tab inside VolleyWrite.
