In order to make your volleyball scoring experience the best ever, VolleyWrite has the following features:
Crash Recovery
Using a memory stick to backup the match in progress enables you to recover from a computer crash during the competition.
Auto e-mail Results
Match results and score sheets can be automatically e-mailed to league/tournament administration, Athletic Directors, the local newspaper and/or television station, parents, etc. VolleyWrite does provide the option of sending the score sheet and libero sheet with the message.
Rosters and Lineup Sheets
Coaches can print lineup sheets which include their roster and the correct number of sets for their competition. Referees can use the check boxes on the left before the match to verify the players. You can choose whether to print the info for players who are not playing.
Alerts
The scorer is reminded of information to communicate to the officials such as set/match point, illegal substitutions and libero replacements, last four substitutions and starting lineup issues.
External Display/Scoreboard
VolleyWrite uses an external monitor as a scoreboard . This is particularly helpful at instructional-level matches and at gyms where there is no scoreboard available. The display is updated quickly, and always matches the score sheet.
Pre-game Warm-ups
VolleyWrite allows you to program the pre-game warm-ups according to the protocol of your organization. If your league does not use a set protocol, you can set the clock with the time remaining before the match should begin.
